![]() You can store more than just logins - there are a number of templates for securing and sharing information securely with your team. You can also create shared vaults for shared items, such as the copier code for a specific department of the WiFi password for staff. Each user can store their own information in their private vault. Needless to say, this was not a great security system. Prior to implementation, staff where using any number of methods to remember their logins, including using the same logins multiple times and writing their passwords on post-it user their keyboard. I've not had any issues for the five months I have used itġPassword was a great solution for us. I am also concerned if hackers can actually access the vault and steal all my passwords. Although the cost is not too high, it means you lose all the benefits when you don't pay the subscription. I dont like that it is subscription based. You can securely share sensitive details with friends and family. I also like that 1Password generates unique passwords and has an auto fill feature. You can setup the 2step authentication option for enhanced security. It has a master password to protect sensitive details from spying eyes. I like 1Password because of its secure vault that protects personal notes, unique passwords, and credit card details. It works for computers and mobile devices. My experience with 1Password has been positive. It keeps passwords and credit card details safe and secure and auto-fills them to the relevant sites when necessary. I don't like how you have to go through and manually those sink and re-add information sometimes and I don't like how the fact it erases everything if you somehow lose your key or something like that your password it'll erase all your data which I mean keeps it safe but it's a hassle and it's really annoying sometimesġPassword is a great tool to generate, store, share, or protect passwords for various sites. It's easy enough to use once you understand what you're doing and it sinks well. ![]() I like the different tabs for your ID and your documents I like the way you can set everything up to for your contacts and for your passwords. Overall I have no bad experience really I mean aside from the erasing my all my data and having to sing things constantly sometimes but I do think it's overpriced because it's basically not functional for everything you wanted to do and needed to do if you don't pay them because the free version really is not worth anything I mean it's okay but it you can't sync it you know there's a whole bunch of things but overall I mean it's okay and okay password program it's definitely not the greatest but it's not the worst I've tried either PROS Also what I did not like is that you cannot save files, the mobile application has some errors to connect with Dropbox and also the vulnerable passwords are not changed automatically as in LastPass. CONSġpassword does not have free plans, all its plans are subscription-based. Other aspects that I liked is that it can organize my passwords with labels and categories and that I can add users to my vaults or share or export passwords to other accounts and applications. The "watchtower" option shows me the general security level of the passwords and also generates a breach report, this is excellent to keep the data safe. What he likes best is that I can create private and shared vaults to view all files together or view them separately in each vault. If you need something simple 1password is what you are looking for. Personally, I need something more robust, with more functions, more secure and that adapts to my business and that of my clients. But to be honest it is not worth its price, it has very great features and the functions it has leave a lot to be desired, plus the platform and the browser extension have a horrible design and the experience is bad, so I decided to switch to LastPass. 1password is a good password and data manager it helps me a lot to organize all my passwords in categories and with labels, as well as adding users to my vault safely.
